Anne C. Wendling is a sole practitioner who has dedicated her law practice to the area of family law. She is trained in the areas of collaborative law and mediation. She is also a registered nurse with almost 35 years of experience in the areas of critical care and emergency nursing.

Anne Wendling earned her law degree from Capital University College of Law in 1988. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, also from Capital University. She also worked as a lobbyist, and served as a member of the Ohio Women's Policy and Research Commission for six years. Anne is very committed to the rights of children and frequently serves as a guardian ad litem for children in both domestic relations court and juvenile court.

As a practicing family, medical malpractice, and personal injury lawyer, Anne Wendling is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, The Collaborative Law Association, The Ohio Nurses’ Association, and Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society for registered nurses.
